We’re celebrating the achievement of two of our team, who have successfully completed their Apprenticeships.
Tim Wolfe, from our Technical Services Team and Luke Goodman in our the Sales Team.
On finishing his IT Help Desk Apprenticeship, Tim commented:
“Passing milestones and getting modules ticked off every few months, kept me motivated. I’m looking forward to continuing my professional development, in the Technical Team, as a Help Desk Engineer.”
Luke said of his Business Administration Apprenticeship:
“Seeing how I have developed my knowledge and understanding of the business, as a result of my apprenticeship, gives me pride. I’m keen to continue expanding my knowledge, as Sales Operations Executive.”
What the Directors say…
Amir Dean our Sales Director commented “Luke came to us with no experience and no formal training in our industry, but with an open mind, a willingness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude, which is very credible. He has pushed himself from his comfort zone, to learn about the IT industry, the products and solutions which we provide and our customer service expectations.
In a relatively short space of time, through hard work and dedication, Luke is now working very competently on his own and with colleagues. Luke communicates well and is always willing to listen. He has become a very valuable member of my team.”

Demonstrating our ongoing partnership with Basingstoke ITEC
We partner with Basingstoke ITEC, a local apprenticeship provider.
Sharon Bungay and Jumoke Kiladejo, from ITEC, worked with Tim and Luke, as their Assessors.
“Luke was a very dedicated student. He was totally focused. Using his drive and determination to achieve, he successfully completed his apprenticeship five months ahead of schedule! Well done Luke, you were a pleasure to work with.”
“Tim has always put a lot of thought into his work and showed determination. He has developed his confidence and ability over the duration of the course. It’s great to see him taking responsibility for some of the IT Support, provided by Freestyle IT to clients. I m sure Tim will continue to be a great asset to the business. It has been a privilege to be part of his professional journey.”
