Our Helpdesk, your first point of contact

Freestyle IT’s Helpdesk, is your day to day point of contact, for all the IT related issues, that your business may experience.

The Helpdesk sFreestyle IT Helpdesk Imageervice, provides your end users with a dedicated engineer (Primary Customer Contact), to help deal with issues quickly and effectively.  

Our aim is that your Primary Customer Contact, will be available to help whenever possible and you will also have access to the rest of our Helpdesk Team.

Logging issues to ensure transparency and swift resolution

To ensure transparency, across the Helpdesk Team, all issues that arise will be given a ticket. Tickets are indirectly catalogued within our system.

Our 24x7 Proactive Monitoring, means that our engineers can react to issues before you need to report them (within working hours).  In the event that you have an issue that is not monitored, then your Primary Customer Contact is contactable, either by telephone or email.  

Remote support is key to providing you and your business with quick fixes.  We do this by remotely and securely logging into your systems.

Fully Automated Patch Management

We provide fully automated, customised patch deployment to script based automation. The Patch Management service, delivers a secure and comprehensive solution, to help keep security holes closed and applications updated seamlessly.

Reporting for visibility

  • Which IT related issues were raised
  • Who dealt with rectifying these issues
  • How much time we spent resolving them

These reports give us the information we need, to help you to scope for the future.
