Loyalty reward Programme

Most of our customers have been using us for many years, and most of our new clients come from referrals from existing clients and manufacturers, who know they can rely on us.

At Freestyle IT we like to reward our clients for their ongoing loyalty and have an online loyalty reward programmed called “I Like IT” which allows our customers to redeem points we have issued to them against a huge range of gifts including DVD’s, electrical items, “experience days” and short breaks.

We issue points in a variety of ways, for example where a customer has helped complete a short user survey on behalf of one of our manufacturers or where a customer has attended one of our seminars and completed a “feedback form”.

In addition to our Loyalty Reward Program we also host an annual golf day and hold other events across the year ranging from Rugby Matches to Hot Air Balloon Rides! so there really is something for everyone.
